The Discovery and Insights workshop is designed to provide an end to end experience of the ANZ way to create powerful customer insights that unlock commercial opportunities at ANZ across strategy, design and execution (including Go-To-Market plans, campaign design and creative development) including;
• Introduction to Discovery and Insights – What they are and their role
• How we organise information at ANZ, where to find it and whose role it is to do what. This includes a deep dive into each of the areas; customer intelligence, market intelligence and portfolio economics
• A unifying process for applying Discovery and Insights across strategy, design and execution – from situation analysis through to implications, problem definition, measurement through to action
• How to apply the framework across each of the 19 marketing capabilities
